All Topshop
How bad is it that I'm already excited about autumn/winter clothing! I'm really not a 'summer dresser', I find it difficult to know what to wear in Britain due to the weather being hopelessly unpredictable!
I wandered into Topshop today (without buying anything due to all spare money going into the London fund) and had a little squeal when I saw fur coats on the rails. FUR COATS MEAN IT'S GETTING COLDER.

I'm a seriously casual dresser most of the time, I like comfy tshirts, scarfs and big jumpers which doesn't play well in summer.
I've been trying to find the perfect grey tshirt for so long, and I was planning to roll up the sleeves myself but here we have it, a ready made one. I didn't see this in store today (otherwise it would be proudly hanging in my wardrobe right now), but I think it would go well with anything, especially this coral maxi skirt or with black skinny jeans and the burgundy scarf.
I'm also loving structured handbags at the moment, I'm still lusting over a Mulberry (take note, dad!) but this Topshop cutie will do for the time being.
I'm on the look out for a nice pair of Creepers. I've loved Creepers for so long, ever since I was emo (seriously) aged 15. I want a teal coloured pair, but can't find the perfect ones. I know they're not for everyone, but they would add some serious inches on to my height too.
How are you feeling about my premature A/W lustings?
so couldn't agree more, I loooove Autumn/Winter more then i love Summer, i think people think I'm weird for not liking summer that much but my clothes are always shit in that season for some reason hahah!
ReplyDeleteme and my best friend saw a lovely coat in topshop (first coat we'd seen in shops) and we squealed and people looked at us funny haha.
I'm loving the knitted jumper and the colour of that snood!

my favorite weather is cloudy, a bit chilly but not too much....because I love cardigans, and I love to be dressed with jeans/tights, simple top, a cardigan and a scarf.......I'm about to switch countries and move to london in 2 weeks...do you think I have a chance of mostly that kind of weather throughout the year?
ReplyDeleteI love dressing for A/W too.. I just feel like im getting more wear out of my clothes seeing as you can layer them!
ReplyDeleteLove the scarf - such a pretty colour

ReplyDeleteI'm not a big fan of summer clothes either. Give me chunky cardigans and scarves any day. Ahh I'm also pining for a Mulberry (oak bayswater- yes please) but I really like that Topshop one x
ReplyDeleteOh I've been so excited and inspired by AW as well recently (: The summer isn't all it's cracked up to be! Love that maxi skirt, oatmeal cardigan and structured bag! xx
ReplyDeleteAgreed. Who needs the summer when the sun is covered by evil stuffy clouds making it too hot and hard to sleep? Get here soon icy wind and bitter cold!
ReplyDeleteI love Autumn colours and I especially like the skirt you've chosen, I want to team it with a huge wooley cardigan and snuggle up
xx
I love autumn/winter ! Even since it became summer i've been waiting for all the autumn/winter styles to come in. I know that sounds a bit weird but it's my favourite seasons. I live in chunky knitwear and tights in the autumn. can't wait !
