Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation.

It's been a while since I raved about a foundation, but Bobbi Brown have quickly become one of my favourite brands and their latest foundation has really impressed me.

Long-Wear Even Finish is a medium to full coverage foundation which offers a long-lasting, natural finish without looking caked. Throughout the day, it keeps skin moisturised and the colour in check.
The only foundations I've used that have claimed they're long lasting, cake and sit on top of skin rather than blending in and looking natural, so this foundation pleasantly surprised me.
I find the coverage to be really good, it's not a mask but it does hide any imperfections without looking heavy or unnatural, the finish is lovely - it blends in so well and makes skin look really lovely.
I don't need to use a powder with this as it's long lasting and still looks fresh after a full day.

Overall, I'm really impressed with this foundation, it suits my skin tone perfectly and the shade range is perfect. I got the shade Sand which is the perfect fair-yellow toned shade that I always go for.
If you're looking for a foundation that gives flawless coverage without looking heavy, then you're on to a winner with this one. It also has moisturising properties so if you find that foundation clings to dry bits during that day, Long-Wear Even Finish should sort that out!

Has anyone else tried Long-Wear Even Finish yet?

  2. This looks brilliant. One thing I always struggle with regarding foundation in colour ranges, but this looks like it has plenty of shades!

I'm having a MAC Makeup giveaway on my blog if you want to come have a look?

  5. This sounds great, for when I want to look more 'flawless', as usually in the day I'm lazy and don't bother with foundation

  6. This sounds really nice! I always have a hard time finding long wearing foundations because I have really dry skin and they tend to sit funny or go patchy on me. I'll definitely be checking this one out next time I'm near a Bobbi Brown counter. xx

  14. Thank you for this. I am after a new foundation with a yellow tone to sort out my redness and every one I have found is simple medium coverage and I need slightly heavier than that. I'm going into Bobbi Brown tomorrow to get a shade match.

    Thank you!

  22. This foundation sounds so good! Great review! I recently got the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse which is good but it's dried out my skin! And then I got the Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation and it makes me look orange! I should really start paying a bit more for a quality foundation and I'll definitely keep this one in mind! x
